Nonwoven fabric is a fabric-like material made from staple fiber (short) or long fibers (continuous long), bonded together by chemical, mechanical, heat or solvent treatment. The production of nonwoven fabrics typically involves two major processes: web formation and web consolidation. Meltblown nonwoven fabric is a type of microfiber material made from polypropylene through a melt-blown process, it was produced by extruding melted polymer fibers through a spin net or die consisting of up to 40 holes per inch to form long thin fibers (φ0.3-7.0um) which are stretched and cooled by passing hot air over the fibers as they fall from the die. Carded pulp (CP) nonwoven fabric is an eco-friendly alternative to technologies that use non-biodegradable materials. Hot air through bonding nonwoven fabric is one type of thermal bonding nonwoven fabrics. It is produced by using the heated air on the drying equipment to pass vertically through the fiber web after carding, causing the lower melting point fiber or polymer powder to melt rapidly, allowing the fiber web to be reinforced after cooling. It has the characteristics of being highloft, soft, and breathable. It is good at softness, fluffy, good air permeability and skin-friendly.
