The Universal UM50 module provides dependable hot melt adhesive delivery in wide-web continuous coating or slow-speed intermittent laminating applications.
The pneumatically-actuated 50-millimeter-wide module maximizes coating coverage and reduces equipment investment by using 50 percent fewer modules. A flexible design meets specific laminating coverage requirements with UM50 module and nozzle combinations on applicator manifolds in widths of 250 and 500 millimeters. End-to-end manifold mounting accommodates wide coating widths.
Common Universal parts and compatibility with numerous nozzles reduce spare parts requirements, minimizing inventory costs. The rebuildable Universal UM50 module helps reduce maintenance costs and improve service life.
