SUNREE Industrial Co., Ltd, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “SUNREE”, “we” or “us”) has issued this Global Data Privacy Notice (Notice) for visitors of our websites or platforms, for our customers and suppliers as well as other third parties listed below (also referred to as “you”) to describe who we are, how we process your personal information and for which purposes, and the rights that you have in connection with such processing.

1. Who are we?

SUNREE is a company registered in the PRC with a registered office at No.285 Shilong Road, Shishi, Fujian, China with subsidiaries and affiliates located across the world.

The data controller responsible for your personal information collected through this Website is SUNREE. If you are purchasing products or services from, or selling products or services to, SUNREE, the data controller of your personal information collected in the context of such a business relationship will be the SUNREE entity that you are contracting with.

SUNREE manufactures and distributes converting machines, packaging machine, raw materials (i.e. nonwovens, hook and loop, PE film and textile backsheet, SAP paper, hot melt adhesive, elastic spandex, super absorbent polymer, fluff pulp) and packaging bags for disposable hygiene products. All businesses are supplying key components for the products of baby care, feminine hygiene and adult incontinence care. SUNREE has a comprehensive security program with a focus on protecting personal information including data classification process. This way we ensure that access to your data is protected and granted solely on a need-to-know basis.

Specifically, our Website servers are located in the US, and our group companies and third party service providers and partners operate around the world. This means that when we collect your personal information we may process it in any of these countries.

Some jurisdictions require the implementation of specific safeguards for transfers of personal information abroad.
