There are a number of specifications for SUNREE release paper, and the basis weight ranges from 29 to 150gsm. Specifications, peeling force and printing vary according to customer’s demands. In the hygiene industry, medical care industry and food industry, there are strict sanitary requirements. The identical application includes silicone release paper for ladies pads, feminine sanitary napkins, panty liners, absorbent underpads, nursing pads and so on. And also in envelopes, PVC floor tiles or other related products. While normal paper bonds to adhesives, release paper is designed specifically to be easy to pull away, without the risk of it falling off on its own.

Utilizing the natural properties of silicone, SUNREE release paper sticks to the adhesives without fusing. Just a little pressure is enough to pull away the coated paper from its adhesive, and the adhesive remains tacky and fresh for its intended application. Silicone release paper is also naturally water-resistant and anti-microbial.
SUNREE release paper can be made with a one or two side coating and comes in various degrees of release, thicknesses, sizes and more. We can convert it into sheets, rolls and die-cuts, and can offer them with printed back-sides.
