Plain Flat 100% Tencel Lyocell Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric

It is made from 100% Tencel lyocell fiber. It is widely used in baby wet wipes, refreshing wipes, antibacterial wipes, makeup remover wipes, household cleaning wipes, miscellaneous wipes, pet wipes, disposable towel, facial mask, etc.

Lyocell fiber is produced by environmentally responsible processes from the sustainably sourced natural raw material wood. The wood is broken down into a pulp using a non-toxic amine solution which can be spun into sustainable fibers. The traditional viscose process is chemically intensive, using sodium hydroxide. Lyocell fiber replaces it with the NMMO process. The solution of N-methylmorpholine N-oxide is more easily recoverable, and a closed-loop solvent system means almost no solvent is dumped into the ecosystem. Instead, it is recycled time and time again to produce new fibers and minimize harmful waste.

Tencel lyocell is made from natural materials, it will biodegrade, made in a highly efficient process, producing no waste and using renewable energy. It is especially designed for making 100% cellulose flushable nonwoven fabric, instead of traditional viscose fibers.
