SUNREE ADL is exceptionally high performance in the area of hygiene products. It distributes the liquid in the end product so effectively that liquid cannot collate in one spot in the core of the end product which has a positive impact on wearer comfort.
What is adl
ADL, known as Acquisition Distribution Layer, it is a type of nonwoven made from special fibers, widely used in baby diapers, adult incontinence diapers, feminine sanitary pads and panty liners, increase the absorption of liquid from the top layer and spread to the lower layers thanks to its special fiber distribution, ensuring maximum dryness and comfort. Compared to conventional materials, it provides faster distribution while effectively preventing liquid backflow as much as possible.
SUNREE offers options in winding type, color, highloft, density, and thickness.

Our high loft ADL nonwovens are formed by multi-layer carding and air-through bonding of special fibers for utmost liquid handling in baby diapers, adult diapers, and sanitary napkins. It is formed by different layers, increases the acquisition and fluid distribution performances.

TECHNOLOGY
It is an integrated one-step process – from raw material to nonwoven, spinning continuous filaments directly from polymers and laying them into a web structure. This process is efficient, cost-effective, and versatile.
Leveraging our existing spunbond technology platform, extensive expertise, and innovation approach, we have developed nonwoven with varying degrees of softness to meet the needs of diverse markets.
When properties like supreme silky softness and lofty touch are required, we utilize our bi-component spunbond technology. With this technology, the spunbond fibers are composed of polypropylene and polyethylene in shear or side-by-side configuration, where the polyethylene delivers enhanced silky softness and lofty touch characteristics.
