What is Spunlace Nonwoven
Spunlace nonwoven fabric, also known as hydroentangled nonwoven fabric, is a versatile material produced through a unique bonding process that uses high-pressure water jets to entangle fibers. This method creates a stong, soft, and absorbent fabric without the need for adhesives or thermal bonding.
It is mostly made from polyester fiber, or blends of polyester and viscose fiber, or other fibers such as bamboo, PLA, Lyocell tencel, and more. Characterized by its excellent absorbency property, which combined with its softness, makes it an excellent choice for wipes applications.
